If you’re on this page, it means we’ve contacted you about republishing your content. Below we have listed a couple of points that we have to mention because of our lawyer, so read them in detail and contact us if something is not clear to you. Under each article, we have added our layman’s explanation in italics , so that it will be even clearer to you what it is about.

User Content Reuse Terms
- With express permission, the user allows us to publish his content (hereinafter: user content) again. This means that we may not republish your content without your express permission.
- We may republish User Content by using the original User Content as is and in the exact form, proportion, and format in which it was posted, without editing the User Content in any way, including but not limited to not limited, adding captions, watermarks, changing the ratio of the user’s content and the like. This means that we will not edit your content in any way, nor will we change the ratio of the content, or add any captions and the like. We will publish it exactly as it is.
- By accepting these Terms, the User does not waive any of his rights to User Content, nor does he transfer any of his rights to #terms. By reusing User Content, the User does not lose ownership of the User Content. You still remain the owner of your content, you do not transfer any of your rights to us. You still decide who will do what with your content.
- We may use User Content on our social networks, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tiktok. We have and will have more social networks, so these terms apply to all the networks we have and will have.
- We will always explicitly separate the user’s content from our own content by a) tagging the user on the user’s content itself and b) explicitly mentioning the user in the description of the user’s content. You will always be tagged on the content (tag), and you will also be tagged in the description of the content itself, so it will be known that it is yours.
- The user’s content includes photos, carousels, videos, and short video clips (reels) on the user’s social network, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Tiktok. We may come across a picture, reels or something similar on your profile that we will like and would like to share.
- The fourth and sixth articles are valid under the condition that the user has expressly allowed the reuse of the user’s content for each social network separately. It follows that if the user allows the re-use of the user’s content for the social network Instagram, then it is not possible to re-share the user’s content on other social networks, unless the user expressly agrees to this. If we contacted you on Instagram, then we will not publish your content on Tiktok, if we contacted you on Tiktok, then we will not publish your content on Facebook, and so on .
- The user can request that his user content be removed from our social networks at any time, namely by writing a private message to one of the social networks, via our contact form, to our email address or to the responsible person. You can decide to delete your posts at any time, because of course you have that right. Just let us know of course.
- The user agrees that we can mention in the user’s content, if available, that the recipe for the dish is also available on the user’s website and place this link in our deep-link on social networks. This means that if we publish, for example, your spaghetti, for which you have a recipe on your page , that we can mention in the post that the recipe is available on your page and place this link in our link in the (bio) profile description, where the user clicks and comes directly to your page (we are not an intermediary in this case and do not redirect the user through our website).
- Explanations of these conditions in italics are purely informative and for the purpose of explanation and do not in any way change the validity of the articles or the conditions themselves.
- The terms are valid from January 3, 2023. Users who have expressly permitted the reuse of user content will be notified of changes through the channel through which they have expressly permitted us to reuse.
- These Terms and the permission to reuse User Content are effective until revoked.
